ChunGhop RM-139E Universal TV Remote

My experience has been that most remote control of processors uses the Sony protocol. I have had a host of controllers, but usually resort to "borrowing" the family Controller and change the TV code to a Sony. Of course, someone always needs the Controller and in spite of my good intentions, I never change the code back to our Panasonic.

This ChunGhop RM-139E supports Power, Up and Down volume and channel, digits 0 through 9 and a host of other buttons I can't hope to grasp. The unit requires two AA batteries (not supplied).

The setting of the device code may be done in a scan mode or a manual manner. I found the manual mode as simple as depressing the SET button until the LED comes on, followed by entering the digits 043.
